The voice coil motor module is a modular device that integrates voice coil motors and mechanical structures, used to achieve precise linear motion control. The design of the voice coil motor module aims to integrate high-performance voice coil motors with appropriate mechanical components to achieve precise and smooth motion in various applications.
Voice coil motor module linear Motor platform is particularly
suitable for closed-loop servo applications with short stroke,
light actuator weight and fast response (millisecond, acceleration
up to 20G). Voice coil motor module base adopts aviation aluminum
precision machining, good stability, can do high-speed oscillating
and reciprocating movement. Simple and reliable control, no
reversing device, maintenance-free, long life can be expected to
work continuously. It is widely used in BOAT, automobile, drone, 3D
printing, microscope, endoscope, robot, medical ventilator, voice
coil electric module can perform precision position, speed,
acceleration and thrust control. Equipped with suitable encoder,
position accuracy can reach 0.1-5um.
According to different movements, the thrust requirements of the
configuration of the appropriate driver and controller platform
structure can be customized: according to different applications
with the configuration of the appropriate linear guiding mechanism:
special linear bearing system, oil-free self-lubricating bearing
system.
