U-type linear servo motor is a contactless and frictionless
direct-drive motor characterized by high accuracy, high
acceleration and high response speed. These features ensure that
the camera or inspection head can be accurately positioned to
improve the inspection resolution; reduce the inspection cycle time
to improve the efficiency of the production line; avoid the errors
brought by the traditional screw or belt drive to ensure the image
stability; and reduce the wear and tear of the mechanical parts to
improve the life of the equipment.
U-type linear servo motors are usually used in machine vision
inspection for camera scanning and positioning, precise movement of
the worktable or the object under test, high-precision alignment,
and realization of multi-axis linkage.
In machine vision system, the camera needs to scan along the
workpiece or switch between different inspection points. u-type
linear servo motor provides high-speed and stable linear motion, so
that the camera can complete high-precision positioning in a short
period of time to ensure the clarity of the shot and improve the
accuracy of inspection.
During the inspection process, it is sometimes necessary to move
the object under test (e.g. PCB, glass substrate, semiconductor
