Plastic CNC Machining Part Custom CNC Part Supplier Fast Delivery CNC
Turning Machining Part
CNC machining stands as the prevailing subtractive manufacturing method today, offering
remarkable versatility and reliability in crafting bespoke metal and plastic components.
Leveraging CAD models, CNC machines meticulously eliminate material from solid blocks using
a diverse range of cutting tools.
In essence, CNC machining yields parts with precise tolerances and exceptional material
characteristics. It finds applicability in individual projects and low-to-medium volume production
(up to 10000 parts), owing to its superior repeatability.
Nonetheless, it imposes more design constraints compared to 3D printing, largely due to
its subtractive nature.
Product Details
ABS is a versatile plastic suitable for CNC machining due to its excellent machinability and
dimensional stability. POM is a suitable choice for applications needing low friction and high
stiffness.
Different plastics are suitable for specific applications, depending on the desired mechanical
or aesthetic properties.
Plastic Material | |
Name | Description |
POM (Delrin/Acetal) | High stiffness, high accuracy, low friction, easy to machine. |
Nylon | Excellent mechanical properties, thermal, chemical and abrasion resistant. |
ABS | Common thermoplastic, impact resistant, easy to machine. |
PEEK | High-performance thermoplastic, very high strength, thermal and chemical resistant. |
PTFE (Teflon) | Low friction, chemical and thermal resistant. |
Polycarbonate | High toughness, excellent impact strength, transparent. |
Polyethylene | Excellent strength-to-weight ratio, impact and weather resistant. |
PVC | Excellent chemical and weather resistance and good toughness. |
PMMA (Acrylic) | Transparent rigid plastic often used as a substitute for glass. |
PET | Tough plastic that offers excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength. |
Polypropylene | Excellent chemical resistance. Food-safe grades available. |
G-10 | High strength, low moisture absorption, and high level of electrical insulation and chemical resistance. |
FR4 | Flame retardant glass fiber epoxy laminate. |
CNC Machining Applications
CNC machining is employed to fabricate products composed of glass, metal, plastic, wood,
and custom-designed components.
Machinists utilize this process to create prototypes and items for various industries, including
aerospace, automotive, hardware startups, manufacturing,
medical devices, robotics, and others.

FAQ's
1. How long does a quotation take?
Typically, we aim to respond to your Request for Quotation (RFQ) within one days after receiving it.
If there is any unexpected delay in providing the quote, we will promptly notify you of the revised
timeline.
2. How can I ensure the confidentiality of my design?
Rest assured, we are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your designs.
We are more than willing to sign and uphold any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement you
require.
Furthermore, our factory strictly enforces a "no photographs" policy for any customer's product
without explicit permission.
Our reputation is built on years of experience, working with countless unique designs,
and safeguarding proprietary information from third-party disclosure. Your design's confidentiality
is our priority.
3. What are your shipping terms?
1. Standard Orders: For rapid prototyping and regular production orders, our standard shipping
term is Ex Works (EXW).
Under EXW terms, once the goods leave our premises, the customer assumes responsibility for
shipping, customs clearance, and any associated fees.
2. Express Shipments: In the case of express shipments, we utilize Delivered Duty Unpaid
(DDU) terms. With DDU terms, the client is responsible for paying any import duty or taxes
when the goods arrive at their designated destination.
These terms ensure clarity and transparency regarding shipping responsibilities and costs.
Please note that shipping terms may vary depending on the nature of your order and any
specific arrangements made during the ordering process.
It's essential to review and confirm shipping terms with us when placing your order to avoid
any misunderstandings.
