In a broader sense, CNC machining generates components with precise tolerances and impressive
material properties. It is well-suited for individual tasks and low-to-medium volume production
(up to 1,000 parts) due to its high repeatability.
However, it does impose more design constraints compared to 3D printing, primarily due to its
subtractive nature.

CNC Machining Applications
The applications of CNC machining are expansive, offering solutions across diverse industries.
In the realm of woodworking, CNC machines revolutionize the production of wooden furniture,
providing efficiency in both time and cost.
Intricate designs that once required master craftsmanship can now be achieved with ease.
For lettering and engraving systems, CNC technology becomes a tool for marking patterns or
text onto surfaces, catering to artistic and serialized needs.
The electrical industry benefits from CNC machining for tasks such as creating precise component
mounting holes in printed circuit boards and manufacturing heat sinks for electronics.
CNC machines also play a crucial role in the pharmaceutical industry, producing precise equipment
like metering pumps, ingredient-dispensing nozzles, and packaging components.
In the fast-paced consumer goods industry, CNC machining contributes to the creation of custom
material-handling machinery for the food and beverage sector, as well as molds for injection-molded
plastic used in food packaging.

FAQ's
1. What type of design files does We accept for quoting?
To ensure accuracy and efficiency in quoting, we exclusively welcome 3D CAD files in STL, STEP,
or IGES format. For 2D drawings with reference dimensions, kindly provide them in PDF format.
Complete manufacturing information must be included in the technical documentation for a
thorough assessment. Please note that informal communication via SMS, Skype, email, etc.,
will not be acknowledged for manufacturing purposes.
2. Can I use my own material for production?
You are welcome to use your own material for production, provided it is compatible with the
capabilities of our machines.
3. How do I know my design will be kept confidential?
Your design's confidentiality is paramount to us. We are willing to sign and strictly adhere to
any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. Moreover, our factory has a stringent policy
against taking photographs of a customer's product without explicit permission.
Our reputation is founded on years of experience working with a multitude of unique designs,
and we have never allowed any proprietary information to be disclosed to third parties.
4. How does compare to other suppliers on price?
Making direct comparisons may be complex, but as a rule of thumb, We's prices are usually
25-45% more economical for plastic injection mold tools and CNC machined/turned parts in
comparison to suppliers in North America and Europe.
