The lower part of the mounting base contains a return oil device and a return oil control mechanism. The upper part of the return oil device consists of a sealing surface cavity, and at the bottom of the sealing surface cavity, there is an elongated rod with axial threads, the bottom end of which is positioned in an installation hole on the mounting base. The sealing surface cavity of the return oil device is equipped with a pre-filtered oil return outlet used for oil return before filtering when the filter is disassembled. Additionally, there is a total oil return outlet in the sealing surface cavity of the return oil device for the oil return within the device. This invention exhibits strong sealing properties, reliable operation, and is suitable for various types of engines.
