High durable medium frequency induction melting furnace with high power saving and precise temperature control has two types, one is one power supply with one furnace , the other is one power supply with two furnaces, serial-connected type medium frequency melting system of one power supply with two furnaces is composed of a set of serial-connection resonant dual output power cabinet and two melting furnaces. Its output power can be distributed arbitrarily and in a stepless way between the two furnace bodies according to different requirements . It also allows that two furnaces can connect power supply simultaneously; one acts as an insulated furnace while the other acts as a melting furnace, any additional switching device is not required .
Moreover, our serially-connected resonance design offers such an advantage that can guarantee a continuous and stable operation of the equipment,it has a wide load matching range. On the aspect of technical design, the rectifier part of the power cabinet is manufactured with a fully open design, significantly enhancing the power factor while minimising high harmonics.
The advantages of this system is cost saving ,because of its higher utilization rate of transformer which helps you save 15% of transformer capacity landline fee.
Features:
The power from one cabinet can be arbitrarily synced to two melting furnaces - one for melting, the other for insulation - to provide a constant flow of molten iron. This melting system consisting of a single cabinet and two furnaces allows raw material in the two furnaces to be melted at the same time, facilitating large-scale casting processes, besides, it is suitable for casting processes with any tonnage.
