The temperature closed-loop control system of the steel bar forging through heating electric furnace uses an infrared thermometer to measure the heating temperature of the induction furnace outlet billet, monitoring whether there is overheating or incomplete heating. After temperature monitoring, the signal is always fed back to the control system of the remote variable frequency power supply, which is the working host of induction heating. The power supply automatically recognizes according to the set process requirements. When the temperature of the billet exceeds the target temperature range, the control system will automatically adjust the output power based on the set value, correct the power supply power, and control the billet temperature within the target range. Reduced the generation of non-conforming products and ensured consistency in product quality. Traditional power supply and temperature closed-loop systems do not participate in the power control of the power supply after the temperature control signal feedback, so it is impossible to correct the temperature deviation of the billet. The power supply cannot achieve automatic matching, and can only manually adjust the power/temperature or use the temperature signal for high/low temperature selection
The characteristics of steel bar forging hot electric furnace:

less oxidation and decarburization on the surface of the workpiece,
saving raw materials.

extremely high, and the temperature difference between the core and

4. The success rate of starting the steel bar forging hot electric
furnace is 100%, with high reliability: at the beginning of
heating, it can be quickly started at any temperature (cold/hot)
and under any load (with or without billets in the induction
furnace), with a success rate of 100%. And through temperature
automatic compensation technology, it quickly heats up to avoid
loss of startup waste and improve production efficiency. At the end
of heating, the furnace can be emptied from full load to empty
load, and then a qualified billet can be produced. When a billet
enters the induction furnace, the output power can be automatically
adjusted under constantly changing load conditions to stabilize the
billet temperature and maintain its constant temperature output.
While continuing heating, the last qualified billet in the
induction furnace can be completely emptied, avoiding waste loss
during shutdown.
