1K bright red car repair paint is a single-component car repair paint
Color characteristics: bright, can present a bright, bright and pure red, with high color saturation and glossiness, so that the repaired part is close to the original paint color of the car body, achieving a good visual effect.
Easy to apply: 1K paint can be sprayed directly after adding diluent, the operation is relatively simple, and does not require complex mixing and blending like 2K paint. It is suitable for some small repairs or occasions with low construction requirements.
Fast drying speed: It can dry relatively quickly at room temperature, saving construction time and improving work efficiency.
Strong covering power: It can better cover the defects, scratches and other problems on the repaired surface. Only 2-3 coats, each coat of 50-70μm, can achieve the ideal covering effect.
Ingredients: Mainly composed of pigments, resins, solvents and additives. Pigments determine the color of the paint; resins play a role in bonding pigments and providing paint film properties; solvents are used to adjust the viscosity of the paint to facilitate construction; additives can improve certain properties of the paint, such as leveling and weather resistance.
Uses: Widely used to repair small scratches, abrasions, fading and other parts of the car body surface. For example, if the vehicle is slightly scratched during daily driving, resulting in damage to the paint surface of the car body, 1K bright red car repair paint can be used to repair it and restore the appearance of the car body to its original state.
Instructions:
Surface treatment: First clean the part to be repaired, remove dust, oil stains, rust and other impurities, and use sandpaper or a grinder to smooth the surface to increase the adhesion of the paint.
Mixing paint: According to the requirements of the product manual, mix 1K bright red car repair paint with an appropriate amount of thinner evenly, generally in a ratio of 1:1 (weight ratio).
Spraying construction: Use a spray gun to spray the prepared paint evenly on the repaired part, pay attention to controlling the thickness and angle of the spraying to avoid sagging, leaking and other phenomena. Usually 2-3 layers are required, with appropriate intervals between each layer to allow the paint layer to fully dry.
Drying and curing: Allow the sprayed paint surface to dry in a natural environment, or use low-temperature baking equipment to accelerate drying as needed. Drying time may be affected by factors such as ambient temperature, humidity and paint layer thickness, generally 5-10 minutes (20°C).
Subsequent treatment: If higher gloss and protective performance are required, a layer of clear varnish can be sprayed for varnishing after the paint surface is completely dry.
