SUMMIT Split type elevator overload control system 3000kg
RHP-F-OMS-560 installed at elevator the rope hitch ;oint overload
measurement control device
Installation loacation: installed at wire rope hitch point :OMS-560-RHP-F-3T(rated load: 3000kg)
Description:
The elevator over load control device OMS-560-RHP-F is one kind of
split type load weighing solution ,and it consists of 1 or 2
pressure load sensor RHP-F and a controller OMS-560, and the
pressure load cell is typically plated under the wire rope hitch
plate. This method have no impact on the crossing height
requirements and are there-fore especially suitable for new
installation and modernization projects.

Instruction:
The purpose of the SUMMIT Load Weighing system is to measure the
load in the elevator and pro-vide usable information about the load
to the elevator controller. This information is used
forpre-torquing and for dispatching decisions, e.g. light load
anti-nuisance, heavy load and over-load.
The system usually consists of a sensor or group of sensors mounted
on the elevator’s some position such as clamping on wire rope, or
under cabin, under the wire rope plate installation and a control
unit. The sensor(s) provide a signal to the control unit directly
related to the amount of load in the cab. The load weighing control
accepts this signal and provides usable data to the elevator
controller in the form of an analog signal and discrete relay
contacts.
Using SUMMIT solutions loads can be weighed in every imaginable situation. We offer you flexible, modular solutions for both requirements, and wide experience with modernization projects. we attention to detail in the design of their modular system allows great freedom to configure load weighing systems to suit all types of cabin.
