A:the remote controls is warranted against defects in material and

long as the product can be proven to be defective. For warranty service or repair this product must be returned to the factory. Buyer will pay shipping charges while UTING will pay return shipping charges. This warranty does not include consumable parts such as batteries, fuses, buttons, relays.
