Architectural featurelifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is composed of bottle storage bucket, lifting
belt, frame, etc. the motor of the lifting mechanism is
controlled by the bottle feeding detector in the cylinder of the
bottle handling machine.
bottle discharging mechanism
The bottle discharging mechanism is composed of three parts: main
machine, fan and bottle discharging. The main machine sends the
bottle to the track, and the bottle upender straightens the bottle
and sends it to the air supply track.
Working principle of equipment
The disordered PET bottles are arranged and transported to the
production line in order. According to the user's needs, different
bottle types can be changed easily and quickly. The body material
is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are
made of non-toxic and durable materials. The main components of
electrical and pneumatic systems are famous brand products. PLC
programming control is used in the whole work, and the operation
can be seen and touched by hand, with low failure rate and high

Bottle storage, bottle hopper, bottle handling slide, bottle outlet
air duct.
PET bottles for beverages are loaded into the bottle storage hopper
of the elevator by the bottle storage bin or manual assistance,
lifted to the cylinder of the bottle discharging machine by the
belt, driven by the bottle guide piece, then seeded by the bottle
upender, and entered into the air supply track through the slide
way.
