machine. It is made of PVC unwinding---PVC heating---plastic tray
forming---servo traction---waste recycling---PVC punching---plastic
tray transfer---automatic paper loading---heating--- Finished
product output (optional labeling machine, inkjet printer.)

Performance characteristics
1. Adopt positive pressure forming, feeding, heat sealing, punching
and tearing dotted line, cutting, rejecting, finished product
transportation and other packaging forms, with simple structure and
convenient operation;
2. Adopt stainless steel cover, in line with the GMP requirements
of medicine, beautiful appearance, easy to clean;
3. Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, color touch screen
(man-machine interface) and PLC programmable control system, high
output, low noise, clearer and easier operation, high degree of
automation, more humanized;
4. The servo motor is used to control the stroke steplessly, the
adjustment stroke is simple, and the mold replacement is
convenient;
5. Using photoelectric control, when the PVC hard film is used up
and the cardboard is not enough, it can beep and alert;
6. Adopt split design of the whole machine, which is convenient for
transportation and access to elevator;
7. Adopting the split-roll plastic sheet feeding device can save a
lot of packaging materials;
8. The mold and automatic feeder can be designed according to the
requirements of the user and the packaged object.
