This model centrifuge is a kind of clean type centrifuge,with upper
cover in small flip-flat closed structure.The motor in in the
coupled model,able for adopting frequency converter operation.
Able for adopting frequency converter operation,stable for

adaptable for separation of big,middle,fine granule suspending
liquids, dehydration of fiber material,using centrifugal filtration
to achieve solid-liquid separation,obtain residue and fibrous
material with low moisture content,at the same time filter crystal
will not be damaged.This machine is suitable for
poisonous,flammable,combustible occaisons,especially for high clean
production and the essence of baked for the requirements of the
centrifuge,widely used in the separation of
pharmaceutical,food,fine chemical,biological product industries.

Structure & Principle
1.The material contact with raw solid and liquid is all made from
stainless steel 304, strong in corrosion resistance. Also,
stainless steel 316 is also avaliable. 2.Machine main parts inside and outside surface polishing
treatment, internal angle is smooth transition, not easy to produce
material deposited, easy to wash. 3.The upper cover is quick open clamp lever lock type, keep small
cover seal. 4.Machine external interface adopts clamp quick opening joint
health level,install easily. 5.Adopts automatic flip structure of reducer.In the condition of
doentime,unload fast lock tight after clip,operation field control
box button can control gear reducer to achieve automatic double
shell.Equipped with double shell open and closed limit
switches,turn and can be parked in the schedule of any position
self-locking,cover can flip to the biggest angle at 100°,able to
achieve throughly cleaning,meet GMP standard. |

The upper cover has feeding port, cleaning water feeding port, also
observe port and light hole.If need explosion proof function,we can add nitrogen feeding port for protection.All the port on the upper
cover, the size can be customized.
The bowl of flip flat centrifuge
The bowl is the main part of flip flat centrifuge.Same as normal
filter centrifuge, there are many holes,and the liquid will flow
out from the holes, then discharge from the bottom of centrifuge.All stainless steel material or better meterial.
The liquid outlet of flip flat centrifuge
Flip flat filter centrifuge is bottom discharge equipment.The
liquid outlet is at the bottom of machine.The liquid will flow out
when separating,all contact parts material is stainless steel.The outlet size can be customized.
The motor of flip flat centrifuge
The motor connection type of flip flat centrifuge is direct. We can
provide standard normal motor or explosion-proof motor. Normal
power supply is 380V 50Hz 3-phase. Different in different country
can be customized.
