Product Description
PGZ scraper centrifuge for the flat bottom scraper discharge,
intermittent operation, program control of the filter centrifuge. Through advanced PLC
programmable controller, frequency conversion governor and brake combination unit, and hydraulic pneumatic, single control
center with computer networking. By the hydraulic, electrical control system automatically feeding, separating,
washing, dewatering, discharge and other processes, enabling remote operation.
It can be used with particle size 0.05-0.15 mm in the suspension of
solid particles separated from the machine no clutch, no brakes
tile, especially suitable for thermal sensitivity, the operator
should not be close to the separation of materials, fully
applicable to explosive, toxic, corrosive industrial field.The machine has a high degree of automation, large capacity, good
separation, running stability, the operation side, etc, can be
cleaned from all directions, no basis for the installation,
eliminating the conventional hanging machine feet, simplify the
installation process. No base plate weight and the selection of
isolator types of damping systems to produce the vibration device
is completely absorbed, on the basis of the ground and around the
equipment without interference, safe and reliable to meet GMP
standards.
Main Application
PGZ centrifuges have a prefect automatic performance and a large
processing capacity. In accordance with users’ demand, procedures
such as feeding, separating, washing, dehydrating and discharging
can all be automatically finished followed by remote control. It’s
suitable for solid liquid separation of fibroid products as well as
suspension which contains fine grains and medium size grains solid. For example:1)Chemical Industry: gypsum, ammonium sulphide, bluestone,
potassium chloride, borax, dyestuff, resin, pesticide. 2)Pharmaceutical Industry: salt, monosodium glutamate, food
additive, starch, sugar, flavoring, antibiotic, vitamin. 3)Food Industry: Sodium glutamate. 4)Mine and Metallurgy Industry: Copper, zinc, minerals, and metal
refining. 5)Environmental Protection Industry : Pure water sludge and sewage
sludge.
Structure & Principle
It adopts platform structure, with out shell welded with bottom
plate.Shell cover is fixed to shell body with flange.Hydraulic
pressure is applied to open the cover.Shell cover is equipped with
feeding pipe, washing pipe sight glass, viewing-light, scarper
device etc.Standard flanges are applied for the external pipe
joints. It is a kind of vertical centrifuge with PLC control,
automatic filtration and down scraping discharging,which adopts
continuously running and discharge. Driven by the motor,the drum
rotates step by step to the speed suitable for feeding,then the
products which is to be separated enter to the rotating drum
through feeding pipe.Centrifuge would stop feeding if the products’
volume amounts reach to the predetermined data and the speed raises
higher for separation.Suspension’s separation can be made possible
by filter cloth (or filter net) under the effect of centrifugal
force.Liquid phase is draught out through filter layer and thrown
into the empty chamber and finally discharged from liquid outlet
while the solid phase remains on the drum to form bucket-shaped
filter cake which will be washed in the following steps. When
filter cake meets the requirement of separation, centrifuge will be
slowed down to the discharging speed. The scraper begins to take
effect and scrape the filter cake from inner wall to the products
outlet of centrifuge. |

Scraper centrifuge still need to use filter bag.But the filter bag
is not the same as normal filter centrifuge.About the material,
four kinds of material can be choosen. And also the mesh number can
be customized.
The bowl of scraper centrifuge
The bowl is the main part of scraper centrifuge.Same as filter
centrifuge, there are many small holes. Difference is a big hole
for bottom discharge automatically when scraper working.All stainless steel material or better meterial.
The flip cover of scraper centrifuge
PGZ series scraper centrifuge height is higher than normal filter
centrifuge, due to the scraper device. All material is stainless
steel material. If the raw liquid is salt,the material need to be
made more corrosion resistant.
The upper cover of scraper centrifuge
The upper cover has feeding port, cleaning water feeding port, also
observe port and light hole, nitrogen gas port if need.Most
important is the scraper device.All the port on the upper cover, the size can be customized.
