If you want to dry the bottles, we can add the bottle inner dryer and outer dryer to the line. Purpose and Introduction:
This machine is mainly composed of conveyor belt, star wheel, bottle clamp, gas and water cleaning machine, it is matched with oven, filling machine and other single filling production line, can be used to wash bottles. Through the star wheel to send bottles, bottles into the turnover system, water injection or cleaning agent pressurized by the sanitary pump for cleaning process, complete the cleaning process, and then into the air cleaning and drying process. When photoelectric detection, open the inlet valve for high-pressure air blowing, turn over the bottle and send it to the bottle conveyor belt by star wheel for output. It's all done. In order to save water and gas, the filter system adopts solenoid valve control switch. The main machine adopts frequency conversion AC motor stepless speed control. The machine has the advantages of compact structure, small occupation area, good energy-saving effect, simple operation, good reliability and convenient maintenance and adjustment.
The equipment is suitable for multi-specification bottles, different materials, different shapes (round bottles, special-shaped bottles, flat bottles, square bottles, etc.).
