CNC machining technology introduction
CNC precision machining is a traditional way of cutting away excess
material by removing it. CNC processing speed, low cost, processing
materials with high strength, high-temperature resistance, high
toughness, transparency, and other requirements; the CNC model
processing form is eclectic, such as grinding, spraying, painting,
polishing, screen printing, UV, electroplating, etc. (especially
the model that needs electroplating), the effect can be comparable
to the products produced by the mold, or even higher; In
appearance, assembly, function verification can achieve the
customer's final design intention; Therefore, CNC model making has
been one of the mainstream of modern rapid prototype.
CNC rapid prototype method: Generally, the upper and lower sides of
the workpiece being processed, and in special cases, the workpiece
is processed on three, four, five, or six sides. In the process of
processing, we will retain the adhesive water around the edge
basket for the workpiece, fix the workpiece with the side basket
pulling bone, and position the workpiece by pouring plaster. During
processing, the workpiece will not have a bonding effect with the
CNC workbench, to better ensure that the workpiece will not be
deformed and the material level of the workpiece is accurate. In
addition, gypsum is an indispensable auxiliary material in the
processing of rapid prototypes. During the turning process, the
cavity surface has been hollowed out, and the wall thickness of the
product is generally thin, so the processing will appear thin wall
shaking phenomenon, which has a great impact on the appearance of
the product. After filling with gypsum, it is equivalent to adding
support, which makes the thin wall shaking will not occur during
processing, ensuring the processing effect.
