Product Description:

The aluminum plastic composite is a unique concoction of metal and nonmetal materials, combining the desirable attributes of both materials into one blend. It maintains the qualities that make aluminum and polyethylene plastic appealing, while also surpassing their disadvantages. Features:

Boasts an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, aluminum composite panels are light in weight compared to other metals. Given equal stiffness (E.j), its mass per unit surface is roughly 60% that of aluminum sheets and just 30% of steel ones.

Exhibits exceptional 180° peel strength, ensuring no automatic separation between the aluminum sheet and the plastic core material over extended use.

Designed to endure various weathers with stable color and gloss after prolonged outdoor exposure, this material has a general lifespan surpassing two decades, and resistance to flaking of the coating.

The surface coating is powerful adhesive and robust to the corrosive effects of acids (10%H2S04), alkalis (10%NaOH) and saline fog, chiefly the PVDF fluorocarbon resin coating.

Performance meets the national grade A standard in terms of wind load endurance to suit the needs of exterior decoration for high-rises.

The central layer is composed of non-toxic polyethylene, sandwiched between two non-flammable thin aluminum sheets, and has a fire endurance of up to the A1-class grade requirements of GB8624-1996.
