Feed Pellet Machine

The ZLSP R-Type series pellet press machine, with rotating roller, is designed to process wide range of materials such as wood chips, pine, bamboo, peanut, shell, rice husk, etc. into biomass pellets without any additive.

The biomass material has been on the die through the feed hopper. The press roller has been driven by principle axis, then press roller has extend the material to the nib, the material has been shaped to the cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cut the rotary slicer, then moved to the discharge hole.
