M430 is a voltage, current and power measuring instrument. It can only measure and display the voltage, current and power of the circuit under test. The displayed value can be fine-tuned through an adjustable resistance. The actual voltage and current of the loop has no effect.
Do not use high voltage above 30V when using, otherwise it will cause overvoltage damage to the product.
The 10A range product comes with a shunt resistor, and there will be a short circuit at the test end of the direct current measurement. As long as the meter is connected in series with the load according to the wiring diagram, it can be used normally.
Operating Voltage:
The working voltage of the instrument is DC 4~30V, 5~12V is
recommended
The thin red line is the positive pole of the working power supply,
and the thin black line is the negative pole of the working power
supply, which belongs to the common ground with the thick black
line.
When using, the limit voltage connected to the thin red and black
wires cannot exceed 30V, and 12V power supply is recommended
Measuring range:
The voltage measurement range is 0~100V, the display mode below 10V
is 0.00V, the voltage starts at 0.2V, and the error range is ±1V.
The current measurement range is 0~10A, the current starts at
0.03A, and the error is ±0.1A
Voltage display fine-tuning
It is the display fine adjustment, not the major adjustment, the
adjustment is the display voltage, but the actual voltage cannot be
adjusted!
Find a flat-blade screwdriver and twist the V-ADJ round adjustable
resistor to fine-tune the voltage
Current display fine-tuning
It is the display fine adjustment, not the major adjustment, the
adjustment is the display current, but the actual current cannot be
adjusted!
Find a flat-blade screwdriver and twist the A-ADJ round adjustable
resistor to fine-tune the current
Standard wire:
XH-2.54-3P red, black and yellow wire (thin wire total length:
155mm)
Thin red line: positive pole of the working power supply, cannot
connect to a power supply above 30V
Thin black wire: the negative pole of the working power supply, and
the thick black wire on the construction site, do not need to be
connected when sharing the power supply
Thin yellow line: voltage test line, connected to the positive pole
of the test circuit power supply
VH-3.96-2P red and black wire (thick wire total length: 165mm)
current test wire
Thick red wire: the positive pole of the current test, which is
connected to the negative pole of the load.
Thick black wire: current test negative, connect to power negative,
connect first and then disconnect when disconnected
No-load current does not return to zero processing method:
For zero-load zeroing, you need to prepare a pointed tweezers. Do
not energize the load circuit. Power off the fine red and black.
Insert the tweezers into the two round holes next to the I-ADJ-Z,
power on the fine red and black, wait for 5 seconds, and remove the
tweezers. , so it is forced to zero, if not, repeat the operation
several times.
