Incoloy Alloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of
molybdenum and copper. This nickel steel alloy’s chemical
composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many
corrosive environments.
It is similar to Alloy 800, but it has improved resistance to
aqueous corrosion. It has excellent resistance to both reducing and
oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking, and to localized
attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion. Alloy 825 is
especially resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
This nickel steel alloy is used for many applications, such as
chemical processing, pollution-control equipment, oil and gas well
piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production, and pickling
equipment.
Redrawn tubing made of Incoloy 825 is available in seamless and floating internal plug forms. It supplies in an annealed condition and is provided in continuous length without orbital joint welds.

Chemical processing is a crucial category in the ever-changing
industrial environment. This field encompasses a wide range of
activities related to the production and manipulation of chemicals
and chemical-based products. Examples of chemical processing
include pollution-control, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel
reprocessing, and components in pickling equipment such as heating
coils, tanks, baskets and chains. Furthermore, acid production is
also considered a part of chemical processing.

Control Line Tubing Packaging and Shipping:
Control Line Tubing is packaged in two ways: in rolls or spools.
When shipped in rolls, the tubing is wound onto a core. When
shipped in spools, the tubing is wound onto a paper core and then
placed onto a spool. The size of the core and spool is determined
by the size of the tubing.
In either case, the tubing is wrapped in a protective material such
as plastic or paper. This helps to protect the tubing during
shipping and storage. The tubing is then placed into a box for
shipping. Depending on the size of the tubing, the box may contain
one or more rolls or spools.
