Meilong Tube is proud to provide products dedicated for the oil and
gas sector. We have had tremendous success with the tubing products
in the various subsea and downhole conditions. We have built up a
successful track record of delivering quality products to the
industry over a long period of time.
We have a varied range of corrosion-resistant stainless-steel and
nickel alloys that are suitable for the oil and gas sector. Our
decades of experience allows us to stay up-to-date with the latest
technological advances, from the 1999 subsea developments to the
deepwater challenges in today's modern world.
Incoloy alloy 825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of
molybdenum and copper. This nickel steel alloy's chemical
composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many
corrosive environments. It is similar to alloy 800 but has improved
resistance to aqueous corrosion. It has excellent resistance to
both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking,
and to localized attack such as pitting and crevice corrosion.
Alloy 825 is especially resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acids.
This nickel steel alloy is used for chemical processing,
pollution-control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel
reprocessing, acid production, and pickling equipment.
This alloy is highly resilient with its following characteristics:
The seamless and floating internal plug redrawn tubing is supplied
in the annealed condition, which is without orbital joint welds in
a continuous length. What's more, the theoretical burst pressure is
based on the minimum wall thickness and the minimum tensile
strength, and the theoretical collapse pressure is based on the
minimum wall thickness and the minimum yield strength. The pressure
rating is at 100°F (38°C) under neutral and static conditions, and
the longitudinal welds are checked by UT inspection.
Below is an overview of data with regard to alloy UNS, O.D., W.T.,
working pressure, burst pressure, collapse pressure, and test
pressure.

array of needs. It includes pollution control, oil and gas well
piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, and components such as heating
coils, tanks, baskets, and chains used in pickling equipment. It
also involves acid production systems. Support and Services:Control Line Tubing technical support and service include:
Packing and Shipping:Packaging and Shipping of Control Line TubingControl Line Tubing is packaged with extra care to ensure safe
delivery to the customer. All tubing is inspected for defects prior
to shipping and packed in heavy-duty cardboard boxes with internal
protective foam padding. All packages are then securely sealed and
labeled with the customer's name and address, as well as the number
of units and product details. |
