The surface of a steel core can be uniformly coated with copper, and the material includes copper-clad steel bar (which is only suitable for vertical grounding electrodes), copper-clad steel tape, as well as copper-clad steel wires (which includes round wires and stranded wires).
Depending on the process of manufacture, copper-clad steel can be
classified into two groups of continuous casting copper-clad steel
and electroplating copper-clad steel. Furthermore, copper-clad
steel can also be divided into three types based on the ratio of
the copper to steel: single side copper-clad steel, double side
copper-clad steel, and multi-sided copper-clad steel.
