1.The FAD allows choosing the high amount air quantity and highpressure centrifugal fan, which is a circulating fan that forcesventilation and speeds up the drying process while ensuring theuniformity of drying.
2.The oven is divided into two inlet filters, an air inlet with a
HEPAfilter which allows incoming air to reach 100,000 cleanness.
Aftereach cycle of hot air heating, the air is passed through the
HEPAagain through the other inlet, so that the hot air into the
drying ovenwill reach a cleanliness of more than 10,000to ensure
thecleanliness of the drying process.
3.The system features all stainless steel dehumidifying fans,ahumidity PLC program module collection system for intelligentcontrol. The system provides a signal based on the humidity sensedby the humidity control instrument port, and utilizes the port damperactuators to adjust accordingly. The humidity and fan controlsystem' s control signal is based on the size of the fan utilized andthe corresponding frequency output of the inverter, to estimate areasonable amount of air for a given fan size and achieve optimizedhumidity.
4.Oven inlet and outlets are equipped with automatic throttle control;when the device is in automatic shutdown, they are closed to cut offthe connection between the purification zone and the auxiliary zone.
5.The stroke and circulatory system enter from both sides of the
hostat the same time, concentrated in the middle of the exhaust,
which isadvantageous over a conventional design because it reduces
thetemperatures difference between the two sides of the oven.
Inputand output wind installations are put within range of the
guidingboard, according to the inlets and outlet wind guiding
rules, whichdetermine the amount of wind pressure in the design by
using a setof perforated plates of unequal distribution. As the hot
air goesinward, this helps achieve a smaller temperature difference
betweenthe two sections, and also makes it more accessible so that
the inletand outlet duct can be quickly cleaned to ensure hygiene
in the tank.6.The parts of the equipment into and out of the duct
systemcovering the entire line can be cleaned quickly and easy
using theon-line cleaning function.
7.The device’s heating system (heater, high-heat high-efficacy
filter)is external, and centralized in a sealed stainless steel
body, for betterinsulation effects,sanitation reasons,and in
addition thisconfiguration allows the high-heat high-efficacy
filter to be changedquickly, for rapid cleaning and replacement.
The system is built usingthe butterfly screw design, for easy
maintenance and repair.8.The high-temperature high-efficiency
filter differential pressuredetection system includes real-time
monitoring, and a pressure alarmfunction to ensure the system' s
cleanliness and safety.9.On the main machine, there are two ports
to quickly verify the hostto facilitate monitoring the work carried
out during the course ofoperation including checking temperature,
humidity, and otherverifications.
10.The control system features up to three password, and allowsUSB
interfacing.
