Box Type Outdoor Compressor Condensing Unit For Walk In Freezer
The refrigeration compression condensing unit is composed of one or several refrigeration compressors, oil separators, condensers, liquid receivers (if necessary), dry filters and accessories. Used to compress and liquefy refrigerants. Commonly used in cold storage.
How to maintain the compression condensing unit:
1. Regularly check the compressor of the air-cooled condensing unit
The compressor is the "heart" of the air-cooled compression
condensing unit. Its quality directly affects the stability of the
air-cooled compression condensing unit. If the compressor fails to
repair, the cost is relatively high, especially the price of the
compressor. Therefore, if you hear abnormal sound from the
compressor or other conditions, you must contact the air-cooled
compressor condensing unit factory to find a professional engineer
to check, find out the cause and perform repairs.
2. Regularly clean the condenser and evaporator of the air-cooled
compression condensing unit
The condenser/evaporator is the second most important component of
the air-cooled compression condensing unit and should be cleaned
every six months. The cooling water of the water-cooled condenser
is an open circulation loop. The tap water used is recycled through
the cooling water tower. It is easy to decompose and deposit
impurities to form scale on the water pipe, which affects the heat
transfer effect. Excessive scaling will also reduce the circulation
section of cooling water, reduce the amount of water, and increase
the condensation pressure. Therefore, when the quality of the tap
water used is poor, it should be cleaned at least once a year to
remove the scale in the pipe and perform water treatment operations
on the tap water.
3. Regularly check the chilled water unit passing through the
safety valve
The condenser and evaporator of the air-cooled compression
condensing unit belong to their own pressure and container.
According to relevant regulations, a safety valve should be
installed on the high-pressure end of the air-cooled compression
condensing unit, that is, the condenser body. Once the unit is in
an abnormal condition In the working and living environment, the
safety valve can realize automatic pressure relief to prevent
damage and loss caused by high pressure.
4. Regular replacement
The air-cooled compression condensing unit uses lubricating oil.
After the air-cooled condensing unit is used for a long time, the
oil quality of the lubricating oil will deteriorate, and the
impurities and moisture in the oil will increase. The oil quality
should be observed and checked regularly. Once a problem is found,
it should be replaced in time. The brand of lubricating oil to be
replaced is subject to the original manufacturer.
5. Regularly replace the drying filter of the air-cooled compresser
condensing unit
The dry filter is an important component to ensure the normal
development cycle of the refrigerant. Since water and refrigerant
are incompatible with each other, if a system contains water, it
will greatly affect the operating efficiency of the air-cooled
compression condensing unit. Therefore, internal control of drying
is very important, and the filter element inside the drying filter
must be replaced regularly.
