DESCRIPTION

Magnetic drive centrifugal pipeline pump is a new type of pipeline pump developed based on more than ten years of experience in designing and manufacturing horizontal magnetic pumps, which not only has the characteristics of RL/ISG type pipeline centrifugal pumps, but also has the advantages of Chemical magnetic drive pumps, and is a new generation of leak-free magnetic drive centrifugal pipeline pumps.

FEATURES

1. Leak-free, can transport flammable, explosive, highly toxic and corrosive medium;

2. Pump casing, impeller, can and other wetted parts are made of stainless steel.

3. Shaft sleeves are made of SSiC, and the plain bearings are made of carbon graphite M106K, and equipped with lubricating oil tank which can increase the service life of the pump;

4. Vertical installation, compact design, and space saving;

5. Less vibration, quieter, stable performance;

6. Most of the parts of the pump can interchange with IMC series magnetic pumps, and the performance is the same as that of IMC series;

7. The flow rate is 3.2-100m3/h; The head is 20-80m; The power is 0.75-75KW.

8. The vertical magnetic drive pump can be installed in any part of the pipeline and pressurize the medium in the pipeline, and replace the original ISG pump due to the installation size is the same which is very convenient.
