Instruction for use:

- Do not use conductive gel.
- Avoid completely encircling the universal negative electrode pad around the limb. Do not overlap.
- Do not reposition the universal negative electrode pad after initial use. If the patient is repositioned, ensure full skin contact and all connections are complete.
- Do not place compression stockings or devices on the universal negative electrode pad.
- Do not wrap wires or cables around metal objects or the limb.
- Do not place wires or cables on the patient's body or underneath the patient.
- Avoid placing cables on the patient.
