Screw Pumps Description

Three-screw pump belongs to a rotary positive displacement pump. The conveying process is realized by its key parts: pump body, three-hole bushing, and three mutually intermeshing screws (one driving screw and two driven screws) arranged in parallel and running continuously and symmetrically in parallel. In the direction of the active screw axis, the pump body and the screw are precisely meshed to form a continuous
and sealed chamber which is isolated from each other, and the inhale fluid is closed therein. When the screw rotates, the fluid is continuously and uniformly discharged from the pump inlet cavity to the outlet cavity along the axis by the closed chambers to realize the delivery process.

Operation Principle
A screw pump is a type of positive displacement pump that uses one or more screws to move fluids through a system. The screw(s) rotate in a cylindrical chamber, and as they turn, they trap fluid and move it from the inlet to the outlet of the pump.
