Equipment Feature
1. With its servo pressure-free paper feeding, printing,
die-cutting, slotting, waste cleaning, and stacking capabilities,
this machine can finish the printing, die-cutting, slotting, waste
cleaning, and stacking of three- and five-layer corrugated
cardboard at
once.
2. The wall panel is 60 mm thick and made of HT250. To guarantee
strength and processing precision, it has undergone manual age
treatment and is processed by a sizable machining center.
3. The transmission system uses a large modulus gear transmission,
which offers better gear transmission stability, increased gear
strength, and reduced noise. Every gearbox gear is
composed of premium alloy steel 20CrMnTi that has been precision
ground, enclosed spray lubricated, and quenched and tempered.
4. The ink roller's primary bearings are NSK, although there are
also branded bearings.

5. To ensure operator safety, each unit has an electronic clutch
and an alert bell that chimes continuously while the clutch is in
operation. Clutch limiter, which can prevent unit collisions in the
event of improper operation.
6. A servo zeroing and automated alignment mechanism is installed
in every unit. In most cases, one piece of cardboard may be printed
to make a cardboard box the right size, which reduces the amount of
cardboard waste.

8. A frequency converter is used to modify the fan and main motor.
Taiwan's Delta brand provides the frequency converter, PLC, and
touch screen. Siemens is adopted by the contactor. The servo uses
items made with Huichuan technology. Korean Autonex is used in the
induction switch.
9. Pneumatic parts: Zhejiang "Weiyang" brand cylinder is used in
the cylinder. For ink application, the diaphragm pump uses an
American ARO bi-directional pump.
10. During extended operation of the machine, heavy-duty ground
rails with steel plates embedded on the surface prevent deformation
or wear.
