Product Description
This machine consists of a frame, casing, motor, pulley, V-belt,
fast and slow rollers, mud scraper, lining plate, and roller gap
adjustment device.
The fast and slow rollers are each driven by an electric motor
through a V-belt. Both the fast and slow rollers are installed in
the adjustment frame and fixed in a certain position by adjustment
bolts. A safety block is installed between the bearing seat and the
adjustment bolt. When the load is too large, the safety block
breaks, providing safety protection for the machine.

Applications:
The GS series fine crushing roller machine is a fine crushing
equipment used in brick and tile factories to further crush the raw
materials for brick making after coarse and medium crushing into
suitable raw materials for brick making. Especially for sand mixed
in clay, it can play a good crushing role, thus solving the problem
of hydrolysis and cracking caused by the presence of large
particles of limestone in the finished bricks. It is the preferred

Finished Brick Samples
According to different usage purpose, finished bricks can be divided into out-wall decoration bricks, and inner-wall construction bricks.
Out-wall decoration bricks come with smooth surface and uniform color , and normally burning fuel is natural gas or coal powder, which is showered into the burning kiln by specific tube system. Out-wall decoration bricks also can be called as Face bricks.
Inner-wall construction bricks, normally featured with rough surface, but higher strength. Burning fuel for inner-wall construction bricks is coal, which can be added into the raw materials, or threw from the top of burning kiln.
