Application and introduction
This system includes automatic feeding dosing mixing pneumatic
conveying system, vacuum conveying system, etc. it is suitable for
automatic dosing, mixing and conveying of all powder and chemical
additives to plastic extruder. It has the advantages of high
automation, no dust and high efficiency; Suitable for PVC wall
panel, PVC pipes, Window profiles, SPC floor and other PVC industry
customers.

Our company design this PVC automatic mixing dosing conveying
system which the computer can automatically control weighing and
batching, and feeding to extruder.the complete PVC mixing system
consists of:
1.Loading station(PVC loader+Caco3 loader+Recycle matterial).
2.Pneumatic vacuum conveying system.
3.PVC/Caco3/Recycle material storage silo.
4.Automatic raw material and additives dosing system for mixer.
5.PVC mixing unit or mixer.
6.Compound storage silo.
7.Automatic feeding system for extruder.
