With the high demand of paper lid, but the market paper lid-making machine cost is very high, so the popularity of paper lid is limited. So we decide to make new type of paper lid.

Based on the construction of present paper cup machine and paper lid machine. The manufacturing cost is low and technique is simple. Make paper lid in one machine.

Paper lid machine is controlled by PLC, each station is auto implementation by Encoder.

The process: Suction paper—paper feeding—paper tube adhesive—paper tube into mold—round paper into mold—glue spray—first curling—second curling—paper lid formed and creasing—collection.

Characteristics:

1. The raw material is paper fan, but paper lid paper used in the market now is paper tube. Paper tube needs much advice to work together. In comparison, this model of paper lid can lower the production cost and simplify technique.

2. This machine speed is much improved, so speed can be 20-30pcs/min.

3. The paper lid machine is controlled by PLC. All data show on Touch screen. All process time set by coder.

4. The curling is adopted imported glue spray device. So it is very accurate and no left over and no waste.

5. The bottom round paper is matched with paper tube. So one paper tube is with one pcs of round paper. If there is no paper tube, then round paper bottom also not comes.

6. The machine use many photocell, so it is easy to find faults if happens. And it can auto stop and give alarm when meet problems. In this way, all machine part will not knock against one another. It will improve machine lifespan.

7. The machine adopted square steel and steel plate. The frame is 25mm thickness, so machine running very stable, no vibrant. The adhesive paper tube station use 3 in 1 cam system to drive left and right clip. Machine runs at very less noise and tube forming very accurate.

8. If any problem happens into machine, it will auto show on touch screen.

3. Guarantee period and maintenance:

The guarantee period is one year after the installation and adjustment.

Buyer is responsible for the costs including maintenance and spare parts if the equipment damage is caused by the buyer’s improper use, not caused by the seller’s design and manufacturing.

If the buyer needs seller to send an engineer the installation and training.The buyer should cover the all of expense for the seller’s engineers, such as, air-tickets,visa,accommodation and local traffic charges,salary(USD 100/day) in Buyer’s side.And the buyer should do his best to cooperate the engineers of sales party in installation, supply the enough labor and tools, necessary accessory with them.
