The SBMA-JWHD RF Coaxial Connector is engineered for high-frequency
applications, supporting frequencies up to 28GHz. Its compact
design ensures seamless connections in microwave circuits. With a
proven track record of reliability, this connector is ideal for
blind mating in chassis and cabinets, contributing to modular
system designs like radars.
Built on the foundation of BMA products, the SBMA-JWHD offers high
reliability. Its easy installation and maintenance make it a
practical choice. Interchangeable with M/COM’s OSSP series, this
connector provides optimal standardization. Whether you’re
designing radar systems or other high-frequency applications, the
SBMA-JWHD delivers consistent performance.
Frequency Range: The SBMA-JWHD connector covers a wide frequency
spectrum, from DC (direct current) up to 18 GHz. This versatility
makes it suitable for various applications, including
high-frequency communication systems and radar equipment.
Impedance Options: You have the flexibility to choose between two
impedance options: 50 Ohm or 75 Ohm. The 50 Ohm version is commonly
used in RF and microwave applications, while the 75 Ohm variant is
prevalent in video and broadcast systems.
Temperature Tolerance: Operating in extreme conditions? No problem!
The SBMA-JWHD connector can withstand temperatures ranging from a
chilly -65°C to a toasty +125°C. This robust temperature range
ensures reliable performance even in harsh environments.
Insulation Resistance: With a minimum insulation resistance of 5000
MΩ, the SBMA-JWHD connector maintains excellent electrical
isolation. This feature is crucial for preventing leakage and
maintaining signal integrity.
Dielectric Withstanding Voltage: The connector can handle a
dielectric voltage of up to 1500 V. This property ensures safe
operation and minimizes the risk of electrical breakdown.
VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio): The VSWR, a critical parameter
for signal quality, is impressively low: ≤1.1 + 0.005f. A low VSWR
indicates minimal signal reflection and efficient power transfer.
