Brief Introduction
This is a special design of practical type T-shirt bag making machine, operating in fully automatic system. This machine including invert-er motor driven system in unwind unit, EPC control for dual line and finish product folding unit, providing the highest production speed and output.

Special design servo-driven bag feeding is easy to operate.

Unwind device

Unwinder adopts air cylinder automatic load design. , max.diameter of the unwinder is 700mm. Adopts AC frequency motor driving constant tension control, feeding speed is according to the producing speed. Unwinding shaft adopts heavy-chain air shaft. Unwinder part has the EPC and automatic tension control. Automatic stop design when rolls film finish or damage.

Sealing and cutting knife device

Sealing knife “turnover” device, which easy to clean the knife ,which is better to keep the maintenance easy. The whole set of bags has design of swaying, no paste between two bags mouth (ITALY DESIGN). Fully automatic tacking of whole set and levelling stack design
