1-100t electric transfer cart designed for transporting heavy cargoes
The main components of the electric trolley:Frame, reducer, active wheel set, passive wheel set, motor, electric brake, vehicle control box, car control box, acousto-optic alarm device, power supply system, surface treatment and so on.
1) frame composition:The frame structure is composed of four longitudinal beams, a number of beams and working table cover plates. The supporting mode is eight - point bearing form, and the working table has a detachable overhaul hole, and there are four hoisting holes or hoisting hooks on both sides of the frame for hoisting and turning. The strength of the frame is 1.25 times as high as the rated load.
2) trolley reducer:It adopts heavy duty standard for lifting transportation industry, and is specially designed for the hard face with shafts. The gear is made of carburizing, quenching and grinding teeth.
3) active wheel set and passive wheel set:The wheel material is ZG55, and the axle adopts 45 steel quenched and tempered heat treatment. The bearing bearing seat is ZG35, which is fastened to the frame with high strength bolts. Bearing with GB286-64 radial roller bearings. (the bearing of the high speed part is the product of the HRB brand, the bearing bearing of the axle box is selected by the ZWZ brand.
4) motor: AC motor is selected as YZ--- series motor for Heavy Metallurgy.
5) brake form: the use of power loss braking mode, for parking, parking brake, manual release.
6) vehicle control box:The electrical components of the vehicle control box are all CHINT products with high scientific and technological content and good reliability. The control system is equipped with leakage protection switch, overload protection and emergency power cut control element, and the control loop is set to 36V safety voltage.
7) follow the car control box: (if the remote control is installed, the effective distance is 60 meters)
The vehicle handling box consists of a control box and a control cable. The control box is equipped with forward, back and emergency power cut buttons, and the length of the operating cable is about 2.5----3m. The vehicle handling box can be stored in the box of the side of the flat car when it is not used, and take out the control when used.
8) sound and light alarm:In order to remind the flat car running, other staff pay attention to avoid and ensure safety. Each side of the flat car is equipped with a new sound and light warning unit at both ends of the car.
9) power supply system:The KPT series power supply electric flat cars for cable rolls, using cable to exchange 380V power supply.
10) coating requirements and appearance marks:The steel used for electric flat cars must be pretreated by surface rust removal and corrosion prevention. The epoxy anti rust primer is two topcoat, and the color is medium gray. The sides and ends of the car body are black and orange yellow stripes, safety warning mobile signs, and at the two sides of the body are sprayed with the words "forbidden overload" and "load limit 10 T".
