Is there a difference between a universal wheel and a caster?
Casters are a general term, including movable casters and fixed casters. The movable caster is the
so-called universal wheel. The 360-degree steering bracket or shell is equipped with wheels, which
can drive in any direction at will; the fixed caster and the fixed bracket are equipped with casters,
which can only move in a straight line. These two kinds of casters are generally used in combination.
