Product Features
DSAN anti-icing coating is super hydrophobic, super oleophobic,
super self-cleaning, super hydrophobic (oil) in high temperature
environment, etc. Its unique natural light energy absorption
characteristics make the coating delay icing in natural
environment, reduce the amount of icing and easy to de-ice.
Use method Surface treatment:
Before painting, the residual paint film, rust, oil, oxidation skin and debris on the surface of the substrate should be clear, requiring no rust, no oil and dirt. Construction conditions: Construction temperature (5-50)℃; air relative humidity is less than 75%, avoid construction in rain, snow and fog. Mixing and maturing time: Mix the primer components according to the packing ratio of 1:1:1 before construction, and mix well. Use after 15 minutes of maturation, and use up within 4 hours after mixing. If the phenomenon of thickening occurs during use, add a small amount of thinner and mix well before spraying.
