Product Description of Diverter Valve

Double way diverter valve is widely used in flour, bran, starch, cereal, feed, candy and other powder and small particle products processing and production. It is also widely used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Diverter valve is well-known as a device for switching material direction in pneumatic conveying system. It can make the material in the pipeline in the flow state to change the direction of transportation without interrupting the material supply and stop the gas supply, the material to two selected positions. If several valve combinations can deliver the material to a

number of selected locations, of which operation is very convenient.

Main Features:

1. The drive unit adopts a cylinder device or an electric actuator.
2. Reliable sealing and anti-high pressure.
3. Body strength adapts to various pipeline pressures.
4. The shaft can withstand the maximum output pressure of the cylinder (working pressure≤0.7Mpa).
5. The rotation angle of the rotor can be easily achieved by adjusting the stroke of the cylinder.
6. Working pressure: -0.098~+0.8Mpa.
7. Heat resistance temperature: -30~250

Main materials

Application

It is mainly used in pneumatic conveying to changing the conveying direction. It can reach two ways in and one way out, also can meet one way in and two ways out. We generally offer three drive types for the plug diverter valve, one is manual type, one is electric type, and the other one is pneumatic type.

We offer AirTAC and Festo cylinder. The solenoid valve goes with cylinder is DV24V, double coils.
