• Designed to be mounted on a gym wall to allow the user to practice ascending and descending. The pegs are removed one at a time by the user and placed in a different hole so that all of the body weight ids momentarily on one hand.

• An excellent exercise for upper body strength, this type of equipment has been used in the sports world championships for the last number of years.

• The peg board measures 300mm wide by 1200mm tall and is 38mm thick. (Please ask if would prefer a smaller/larger board as they are available)

• It is created from layers of birch plywood glued together for extra strength and rigidity and the pegs are made from solid Ash. It is finished in three layers of varnish which is usually used for floors so it will brand new for years to come.
