In the process of dumping, the release of vehicle spring force absorbs the energy released by the spring by not closing the hydraulic lock on the hydraulic cylinder. After tipping to 110 °, close the hydraulic lock and lock the tipping vehicle to prevent the vehicle from falling off the road. The dumper continues to dump until it approaches about 160 °, decelerates, stops and the vibrator is put into operation. After 3S, the vibration stops and the dumper returns at normal speed. When it is 30 ° away from the zero position, the pressing arm starts to lift, decelerates when it is close to the zero position, and stops the rail alignment. After shutdown, the backup plate retreats, the pressing arm moves to the highest position, the backup plate retreats to the last position, and the heavy car shunting machine pulls the second section of fully loaded gondola into the dumper to eject the unloaded empty car.
