Why one step injection stretch blow moulding machine / PET bottle
blowing process / PET blow molding
It integrates the functionality of injection preform, stretch
blowing and stripping into one machine frame (from resin to
bottles/containers).
Eneryg saving (low power consumption).
Low risk on the mold development and testing with single machine
purchase.
Conventional Single stage process has the following advantages over Two Stage Process:
Superior container clarity and gloss, as there is no preform surface deterioration due to storage and transport.
Lower electricity consumption, lower resources requirements, considering that there is no need for packing, storing and transporting preforms.
Suitable for all containers irrespective of neck design and weight, considering that there is no restriction to only the preforms available on the market.
HMI touch screen, integrated with PLC system easy to maintain.
Equipment parameters and process are set by HMI for living supervising of the equipment operation and its matching up with the panel switches and buttons, enables convenient, direct and highly efficient operation of the whole system.

- To use the machine only need to connect power and connect to the air supply and water supply according to the manual or video instructions if requested.
