Product Description
Rail-mounted container gantry crane is a rail-mounted crane for
unloading, stacking and loading ISO standard containers of 20 feet,
40 feet, 45 feet. Its power supply is provided by the cable reel.
The crane consists of three mechanisms: hoisting, trolley walking
and gantry walking. The trolley runs along a track mounted on the
gantry beam and is able to serve between the legs. The crane can
move in a straight line along the track. The crane is equipped with
a suitable flexible hydraulic container spreader, connected to the
trolley by the upper frame and wire rope system. Hydraulic power
comes from the spreader itself, we only provide power and
communication.

1. Rail mounted small Rail container wide span 35ton gantry crane crane for sale is a kind of rail mounted crane used to offload, stack and load 20ft, 40ft, 45ft ISO standard containers. Its provision of power is offered by cable reel. The crane contains three mechanisms: hoisting, trolley travelling and gantry travelling. The trolley running along the track mounted on gantry beam is capable to serve among legs. The crane is able to make straight movement along rails.
2. The crane is equipped with appropriate flexible hydraulic
container spreader, which is connected to trolley through the upper
frame and wire rope system.
And the hydraulic power comes from spreader itself, and we just
provide the power supply and communication
3. Hoisting mechanism and trolley travel are able to work
simultaneously or separately with load; the same applies to gantry
travel and trolley travel.
4. Electrical drive of main working mechanism is equipped with full
digital AC frequency convertor, PLC speed governor and constant
power adjustment device for hoisting mechanism.
5. The crane has a monitoring and management system. It has the
function of data collection, analysis, management, and fault
diagnosis and is also able to deliver the main parameters and
operating conditions to the electrical room, cabin and control
centre for monitoring and control.
Packing and Shipping
1. Electric parts are packed by high quality plywood crate, to
reduce distortion in conveying.
2. Main beams, end beams and trolly/winch are packed by plastic
woven cloth. It can reduce abrasion during the transportation.
3. If the size are suitable for container ship, usually by
container.
4. Big size, usually by bulk ship or by container after truncation.
5. Transport ways are based on reducing cost & keep safety.
