Ruiming SJZS series Micro compounder is a Laboratory scale mini conical Twin Screw Extruder which can be used to mix or compound very small amount of polymeric materials for plastics and Polymer new materials R&D, and is especially ideal for compounding expensive materials and for performing reactive extrusions. The easy accessibility of the horizontally split, hinged-barrel design lets you observe the material during the extrusion procedure. With an integrated backflow channel and a bypass valve design, the residence time is well defined. Using the optional force feeder with the Micro Compounder, continuous extrusion with very small volume flows is possible.
