Ruiming SJZS series Micro compounder is a Laboratory scale mini
conical Twin Screw Extruder which can be used to mix or compound
very small amount of polymeric materials for plastics and Polymer
new materials R&D, and is especially ideal for compounding
expensive materials and for performing reactive extrusions. The
easy accessibility of the horizontally split, hinged-barrel design
lets you observe the material during the extrusion procedure. With
an integrated backflow channel and a bypass valve design, the
residence time is well defined. Using the optional force feeder
with the Micro Compounder, continuous extrusion with very small
volume flows is possible.

- Our Micro Lab Compounder can be conveniently used in combination
with our micro injection molding machine to produce tensile bars or
specimens for laboratory material testing.

our other lab instruments to produce various testing products such
as filaments, fiber, pipes, sheet, film, pellets, nonwoven fabric,
bottles, profiles, etc. for laboratory material testing.
