Oxidation Gold Aluminum 7075 Brake Part Bracket Car For Front Caliper
7075 material introduction
Elemental properties of combinations are expressed in maximum
percentages unless a range or minimum value is listed.
(2) In order to determine appropriate numerical limits, the
observed or calculated values obtained from the analysis are in
accordance with the standard rules (ANSI Z25.1)
to indicate a clear range.
(3) Except for non-alloys, the specified amounts of elements in
alloys are usually indicated in the analysis report. But if during
analysis
If other elements are suspected to exist or some elements are
suspected to be in excess, further analysis should be carried out
until confirmed.
(4) Either the content of aluminum in the unalloyed aluminum
through the refining process is the difference between the total
amount of other metals and 100% pure aluminum - the difference
at 0.01 percent or a little more. (2nd decimal place in percent)
(5) May contain up to 0.25% zirconium and titanium.
Zinc is the main alloying element in 7075. Adding magnesium to the
alloy containing 3%-7.5% zinc can form MgZn2 with a significant
strengthening effect, so that the heat treatment effect of the
alloy is far better than that of the aluminum-zinc binary alloy.
Increasing the content of zinc and magnesium in the alloy will
further improve the tensile strength, but its resistance to stress
corrosion and exfoliation corrosion will decrease accordingly.
After heat treatment, very high strength properties can be
achieved.
7075 materials are generally added with a small amount of copper,
chromium and other alloys. Among the series, the 7075-T651 aluminum
alloy is particularly high-quality, known as the best product in
aluminum alloys, with high strength and far better than any mild
steel. This alloy also has good mechanical properties and anodic
reaction. Representative uses include aerospace, mold processing,
mechanical equipment, tooling and fixtures, especially for the
manufacture of aircraft structures and other high-stress structures
that require high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
The basic principle
The base state code is represented by an English capital letter.
2.2 The subdivision state code is represented by the basic state
code followed by one or more Arabic numerals. 2.3 Basic state code
The basic state is divided into 5 kinds. Code Name Description and
application F Free machining state is suitable for products that do
not have special requirements for work hardening and heat treatment
conditions during the forming process, and the mechanical
properties of the products in this state are not specified. The O
annealed condition is suitable for processed products that have
been fully annealed to obtain the lowest strength. H Work hardening
state Applicable to products whose strength is increased by work
hardening. After work hardening, the product may or may not undergo
additional heat treatment to reduce the strength. W Solution heat
treatment state Treatment state An unstable state, which is only
applicable to alloys that are naturally aged at room temperature
after solution heat treatment. The state code only indicates that
the product is in the natural aging stage. T heat treatment state
(different from F, O, H state) is suitable for products that are
stable after heat treatment (or without) work hardening. The T code
must be followed by one or more Arabic numerals. The first digit
after the T word indicates the basic type of heat treatment (from 1
to 10), and the subsequent digits indicate changes in the details
of the heat treatment. Such as 6061-T 62; 5083-H 343 and so on.
T1—cooled from molding temperature and naturally aged to roughly
steady state. T2—annealed condition (for castings only). T3—natural
aging after solution treatment and cold work. T31—natural aging
after solution treatment cold work (1%). T36—natural aging after
solution treatment cold work (6%). T37—natural aging after solution
treatment cold work (7%), used for 2219 alloy. T4—natural aging
after solution treatment. T41—quenching with boiling water after
solution treatment. T411—air-cooled to room temperature after
solution treatment, the hardness is between O and T6, and the
residual stress is low. T42—natural aging after solution treatment.
Processed by the user, suitable for 2024 alloy, slightly lower
strength than T4. T5—Artificial aging after cooling from molding
temperature. T6—Artificial aging after solution treatment. T61-T41+
artificial aging. T611—Solid solution treatment, boiling water
quenching. T62—Artificial aging after solution treatment.
T7—stabilized after solution treatment. Improve dimensional
stability, reduce residual stress, and improve corrosion
resistance. T72—overaging after solution treatment. T73—Grading
aging after solution treatment, the strength is lower than T6, and
the corrosion resistance is significantly improved.
T76—Classification aging after solution treatment. T8—Artificial
aging after solution treatment and cold work. T81—cold work after
solution treatment, artificial aging. In order to improve the
deformation and strength after solution treatment. T86—cold work
after solution treatment (6%), artificial aging. T87-T37+
artificial aging. T9—Cold working after artificial aging after
solution treatment. T10—Cool from the molding temperature, and then
cold work after artificial aging. Tx51—stretching treatment to
eliminate residual stress after solution treatment. The permanent
deformation of the plate is 0.5~3%, and the permanent deformation
of the bar and profile is 1~3%. X represents 3, 4, 6 or 8, such as
T351, T451, T651, T851, suitable for plates, drawn rods, and wires,
and aging without any correction after stretching and stress
relief. T3510, T4510, T8510 are suitable for extruded profiles.
After stretching and stress-relieving, they are corrected to make
the straightness meet the tolerance and aging. Tx52—compression
deformation to eliminate residual stress after solution treatment,
2.5% plastic deformation and aging after solution treatment, such
as T352, T652. Tx53—Relieves thermal stress. Tx54—compression
deformation in order to eliminate the residual stress after
solution treatment of precision forgings.
