A: During the video recording, the camera button can be easily pressed at any time without intterruption.

Q2. What is your warranty?
A: RSplash, water,and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.

Q3. Why not response when pressing the power button?
A: Please check if the battery has been exhausted. As the battery may still discharge during transportation, it is recommended that you charge the helmet for 3 to 4 hours before using it.

Q4. Helmet liner can be cleaned?
A: Yes, Our helmets are PA webbing and washable pads.

Q5. What is the applicable head circumference size of the helmet?
