Q1. What is your warranty?
A: Splash, water,and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.

A: Please check if the battery has been exhausted. As the battery may still discharge during transportation, it is recommended that you charge the helmet for 3 to 4 hours before using it.

Q3. Helmet liner can be cleaned?
A: Yes, Our helmets are PA webbing and washable pads.

Q4. What is the applicable head circumference size of the helmet?
A: Wearable head circumference is 56cm-61.5cm.

Q5. What is your terms of payment?
