artworks according to your design idea.
2. Q: May I have a sample for quality reference idea?
A: Of course. We can send you some of our existing samples for your
reference idea and free cost. But you need to pay for the sample
freight from our factory to your door.
3. Q: What is the payment term?
A: 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance payment
before shipping.
4. Q: How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
A: For existing samples, it takes 1-3 days.
5. Q: How much the transportation freight will be?
A: The freight depends on the weight & packing size and your
area.
6. Q: How to deal with after sales issues?
