1. It has good water resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, and
atmospheric aging resistance. According to the requirements of
China's exterior wall insulation standards, it should be able to be
used for more than 25 years.
2. The bonding strength may not be too high, but good adhesion is
required for both inorganic and organic materials, i.e. hydrophilic
and hydrophobic surfaces.
3. Easy to use, easy to prepare and construct on site, with a long
shelf life.
4. The price should not be too high and can be accepted by the
construction industry.
5. The tensile bonding strength with the expansion insulation board
refers to the bonding of EPS board and hard foam polyurethane board
with adhesive. The dry state and the tensile bonding strength after
48 hours of immersion should not be less than 0.1MPa, and it should
be the EPS board and hard foam polyurethane board that were first
damaged.
6. In addition to having the same bonding strength and shelf life
as the adhesive, the plaster adhesive also requires better
flexibility. The bending strength of cement-based mortar is
required to be ≥ 7.5MPa, and the compression strength/bending
strength, i.e. the compression to bending ratio, is ≤ 3.0; For non
cementitious adhesives, cracking strain is required to be ≥ 1.5%
