Description:

DSS series Plastic Bags Film Double Rotor Shredder takes advantage of single shaft shredder and double shaft shredder. Firstly, instead of using stacked cutters(disk knives), this shredder adopts two rotors from one shaft shredder. The 2 rigid and heavy rotors bring twice the torque and crushing ability for you.

Secondly, the two rotors contra-rotate like a double shaft shredder. Once objects fall into the shredding chamber, the two rotors tear down the objects.

As double rotor shredder equips with screens, you can get uniform particle size.

In a harsh environment, the shredding machines can maintain good stability and reliability. 2 types of shredder rotor can be selected according to material characteristics.

Features:

1. compact structure. Two rotors in one machine.

3. Rotor knife adopts four angles structure, perfecyly matched with serration fixed knife. Realize high capacity and small output size.

4. Equipped with two independent power system, low rotation rate and high torque, avoid winding and stuck.

5. Electrical system adopts PLC program, features start, stop, reverse functions along with automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to working parts. Lower labor intensit and longer machine service life
