A High-frequency welded pipe is also called a high-frequency
straight seam welded pipe unit. It is suitable for hot rolling or
cold rolling with the rigid coil (GB700-88 or GB1591-88) of plain
carbon steel, such as Q195Q23516MN. Production line process: raw
material (strip coil) -- feeding -- shear butt-welding (manual
welding) -- storage bin -- feeding molding -- high-frequency
welding -- external burr removal -- cooling water jacket -- sizing
and straightening -- flying saw cutting -- blanking (manual
