Pressure test medium circulation system
Water is the main pressure test medium. In order to avoid corrosion of steel pipe after pressure test, emulsifier or water-soluble antirust oil is usually added to water in a certain proportion. The pressure test medium is injected with low pressure water and high pressure water into the steel pipe through water pump, supercharger (or high pressure water pump). After pressure test, it is filtered and precipitated to form a circulation in the system. In most cases, the flushing in the pipe before pressure test is also realized by the system.
